is 9 years old.
A had a birthday less then a week ago. Her day started with a song and dance from me and The Husband. No! Not to embarrass her! It was to show her how much we love her.
She also enjoyed a sleepover with a good friend and the next morning we made homemade flapjacks. I think they may be her new favorite. We then got ready to go to the mall to meet her friends mom. The girls plan was to buy a matching outfit, nail polish, a best friends necklace, and a pair of shoes to wear to school. Super cute! After our shopping extravaganza we went out to lunch.
This past year has been a great one with lots of growth, not only physically, but mentally and emotionally too. She is still only 9 but I am beginning to see just a little maturity. Sure she still has her moments, that's the norm for all kids, but I see some thinking going on before she reacts. Less tantrums, less crying. More conversations too, which is really cool!

- Is a Girl Scout
- Likes TV. Her favorite shows are Wizards of Waverly Place, Good Luck Charlie, and The Suite Life of Zach and Cody
She's a wonderful, amazing, special little girl and we love her with all our heart!
