This is my new must have cookbook.  I took it out of the library and as I was perusing it, I must of said "Yum", "I need to make this", "Delicious", etc. etc. at least a million times.  

Seriously, I would make everything in this book.  Everything.

Pasta With Peas and Ricotta did not let me down.  It was simple, and subtle and just right.
