This morning we went pumpkin picking at a local farm. Although there was a chill in the air the sun was nice and warm. It was the perfect day to pick our pumpkins. We spent about one hour running through the pumpkin patches, going on a hay ride, and frolicking with some friends we met there.
The kids got a kick out the rooster who screeched "cock-a-doodled-doo" the whole time we were there! I personally loved the pigs. So cute!
We chose one large pumpkin to make into our jack-o-lantern and the kids each chose a small one for their own.
